City Creek Landing is one of the greatest places to live! The commute to anywhere in the city is perfect considering it's right downtown and close to shopping and restaurants. Perfect for any social bug. The property has been updated to a more modern look inside and out. The new amenities on the property are a huge plus with a space for private parties. I definitely recommend living here. Amber is so great to work with and has constantly been our champion through the construction, transients, and staff changes.

It was great for the first few months. The community and management (Amber) is very welcoming and the location is perfect for walking downtown. Unfortunately there are lots of homeless people hanging around. The apartments are spacious and the lighting is great from the tall windows if you don't mind the lack of privacy when the blinds are open and not being able to raise one. All of the onsite amenities have been under renovation for the past 8 months and ongoing. The invasiveness of the noise caused from renovating is alot to put up with. Once its all completed it might be nice.
