I've had lots of issues ever since the initial install of my Sony Head-unit a year and a half ago - mainly a whining noise that increases when accelerating accompanied by a high pitched buzzing noise, most likely the Alternator noise coming through the speakers. I've taken it in multiple different times to try and get it fixed, each time the issue is resolved for about two weeks and then somehow starts again - most likely due to poor wiring/ground. Now I'm told that there's nothing they can do because the issue is with the amp and that I need to buy my own off of Ebay, which obviously isn't the case because they do fix it, but only for a month then it starts again; also never had any issues for the three years in which the original radio was still in the car.

Some time ago I asked my Corvette repairmen to install a new stereo head in my Corvette auto. His response was, I'm not an expert in auto stereo installation. He recommended R.T. Grimm electronics. Long story short, they were professional, and got the job done. I highly recommend their service, as I am a repeat customer. You won't be disappointed!

My new stereo works and sounds fantastic, but there were some issues with the installation. When I came in for an estimate on a new head unit and speaker installation in my car I specifically asked if the new head unit would replace the factory unit in the same location or would it be mounted below the factory unit. I was told an adapter piece would be ordered so that the new unit could be installed in the factory location. I proceed with the purchase and installation but when I pick up my car the new head unit is mounted below the factory unit, where I specifically asked and was told it would not be. I also no longer had any way of using my climate controls, so it was very frustrating to see that on a hot summer day nobody that worked on my car realized “hey this customer can no longer use his a/c or even adjust his vents”. I brought these obvious concerns to their attention and they took the car back in the shop and within an hour the climate control issues were resolved and I was given a partial discount on the labor charge. The new head unit is working well so far and the new speakers sound great, but ultimately the final product is not what was promised and it’s only because I raised these concerns that they were even addressed.

These guys are great. They did good work trouble shooting the stereo not working in my vehicle, and didn't try to upsell me a new stereo which I didn't need. They repaired the existing one and checked the wiring harness and fuses both in the radio and dash fuse box, and did so at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend this trusted local business...

It would depend on the stereo head unit you chose. Their are a lot of options for Bluetooth head units so it is hard to truly answer your question.
