I had been looking into upgrading for a couple months to a vehicle with lower mileage and a little more compact. I found a great 2018 Hyundai Kona that was exactly what I was looking for at Copple and stopped in to check it out. Working with Mark in sales and Chris in financing was an absolute breeze! Going in to buy a car, I expect a certain amount of waiting and stress to go along with the experience, but none of that was the case. Mark was personable and not pushy in any way--he was receptive to all my feedback and very accommodating. Chris didn't stretch out any long negotiations or try to oversell at all. I found a car I loved, offered a trade in, got numbers and financing back, and was taken care of in about 2 hours!! I'm seriously floored over the professionalism, receptiveness, kindness, and the priority that's placed on the customer's needs, time, and comfort. This was the best car buying experience I've ever been through and can't thank these guys enough for a great new car and the care and courtesy that I received while getting the deal to go through. My experience is that Copple Motors places the highest priority on the customer and their satisfaction, and I can't thank Mark and Chris enough for all their help! 5 Stars, hands down!

I bought my 2015 equinox here last year and it was a relatively painless procedure. Well the front end started making this grinding type noise but it wasn't a break pad grinding noise. Everyone I talked to said "oh its the breaks. Need to get them changed." I knew it wasn't the breaks. Anyway I finally had a day off work for me to be able to take it in. I was nervous thinking about all the things that could be wrong with this equinox. After about an hour and a half the gentleman from the service area comes out and said its all done! The service tech test drove it and I guess knew what it was almost immediately. So for something that I blew up to be thousands of dollars in repairs it ended up being less then a hundred and fifty. Made me a happy person for sure!
