When I got there he helped me unload my trade in and load up my new bike in my truck. Nick helped me figure out what needed to be done with my 1300 Vstar touring cruiser for it's 40k service and yearly inspection. His knowledge and experience was apparent as we discussed what was necessary to be done, and what things I may be able to do on my own over the winter. He even noticed a new issue with my brake light bulb as he was bringing out the bike when I came to pick it up, and quickly had the issue resolved before I took it home. Nick and the whole team at YTKTM are awesome!
