It's a bit hard to put this place on a scale because there are some things that are undesirable BUT are the reason why the prices are so cheap. Overall, this place is GREAT for non-clothing items. It's easier to browse objects since the selection is smaller and there's not a million versions of 1 object to look through (not like pants for example), it's all pretty easy to look through and even more so if you're looking for something specific. I found a gigantic thick cutting board (about 3 x 2 ft and 3 inches thick) and bought it for 0.50 CENTS. Wasn't looking for one, but it stuck out pretty easily. It was literally the only thing I bought and was worth the 30 minutes I spent browsing there for the first time. For the clothes, it's an amazing option for people very tight on money who aren't in the position to be that picky about things like style. You can get a crazy amount of clothes for EXTREMELY cheap. I think this would probably be great for babies and kids since they grow out of their clothes so fast so you can reduce your spending. If you're looking for a specific style of clothes then you could end up wasting your time looking through each bin and finding absolutely nothing that fits what you're looking for. But that's the nature of this type of store and it's not exactly catering to that type of shopping experience. I'm giving this place 5 stars because I feel like this place really meets its goal. It can't afford to keep typical retail-store standards and you benefit from their relaxed sales practice by paying very little. These are things you should keep in mind: - stuff can be messy and dirty (so it might be good to keep hand sanitizer with you and maybe even a face mask) - stuff can be ripped, stained, and broken (make sure you take a good look at an item you're interested in before you checkout) - everything is "sorted" into large bins with very little categorization (clothes belong with clothes, items belong with items; you're not going to get any sections beyond that)

Store used to be good for bin scavenging even later in the day but the staff has taken to putting rows of covered bins with items out and keeping them covered till morning. Seems to be catering to their regular crowd of resellers instead of making it fairer for everyone.

Great for old fashioned rummage sale quality goods. Large bins of books means several pro book pickers who grab up carts of books and then scan at their leisure. Always get a few goodies. They toss back what they don’t want. Same with the clothing pickers.

Sorry to say this but this store is a complete dump. Don’t waste your time. Makes my local store look like Nordstrom.

They don’t have a discount day. Everything is by the pound or bulk quantity for books. This is rummage sale style bin shopping.
