Are certain days of the week designated discount days? For example, Wednesdays 50% off? Or is it always pay by the pound?

Goodwill outlets are only pay by the pound. Regular goodwill stores in my area have a bonus cards which give a discount on certain color price tags each day. 50% sales are several times a year
