The reason I gave it a 3 was that there is virtually no shade at all by the pool. Was told there is a law that they cannot have umbrellas. My husband needs to be in the shade so it really dampened our experience.

Bellhop leader at front stand incredibly selfcentered and not customer focused. Wants me to have my driver wait around while forcing me to checking in first and won't provide a cart for luggage. Any of my businesses he would be fired on the spot. Front desk just smiles and laughs. Worthless customer service at this property. Older lady at the counter clueless how to provide service. Can't even remember we didn't park a car. Checking in experience abysmal.

Resort was peaceful, easy to move about, calm, and very clean. My week was everything I had hoped. Directly on the beach, restaurants and shops in walking distance, a grocery store (Publix) one mile away, easy to rent bikes and go on bike rides. Must check out MacArthur State Park - gorgeous! I was bummed about a few things so just prepare for it - you have to pay for beach chair/umbrella everyday, no umbrellas at the pool so no shade, and you have to pay to do your laundry. It’s not included. Other than that, easy and nice resort. Live loud music at the pool everyday so prepare for that but the beach was perfect and in the backyard!!!!!

My daughter never partook in the kids club at Palm Beach Shores. However with any timeshare resort if the children participate in any craft activity there is an associated cost. Or if they go on an outing there will be an additional charge.
The Publix is about 1.5 - 2 miles west from the resort at the intersection of Blue Heron Blvd and Broadway Ave.
The otherside is the ocean view, opposite the ocean is the island. There is no way to avoid seeing a parking lot if you have an island view.
Palm Beach international airport
Did not see any pets on property so I would say no.
The microwave has a convection oven feature.... All else as above is correct. Appliances not full size but close. Also a blender, coffee maker , dishes etc..quite ample!
Yeah
Very small place to get groceries within walking distance. Publix store about 2 miles away.. across the bridge. We rented a car, but we explored outside the resort.
We loved the snorkeling off of peanut island. Be sure to be there at high tide.
Also it's more like Ocean View rather than Oceanfront, it's still a little ways to the beach. you're not directly on the beach
Just take an uber if you don't drive...probably 5.00 each way
Depends on what your looking to do. They have restaurants and shops within walking distance. The nearest grocery store is about 10min drive. Things to do during the day would be a but of a drive also.
The Palm Beach Shores Resort and Vacation Villa reopened on September 23rd and I had my manicure at the resort spa that was as beautiful as always. They are back to full occupancy and you simply must try the resort restaurant, especially on Friday night when they serve lobster.
Our thoughts go out to them as well, and everyone in FL.
