Pajaro Dunes is all about the quiet restorative quality of the location. Each unit is individually owned. So it is hard to review units as a whole. Some are renovated others still have that 1980 look, each is decorated by the owners tastes. All are clean and maintained. My time was for reflection and quiet and I got that 100%. Miles of open beach to walk and explore often not seeing anyone. Many birds to watch and incredible sunsets. This is not a party scene there are places like Seascape if that is more of what you want.

This is BS that used to be a public beach ! now they took it away for some phony resort ! What a joke . I'm sorry you can't own the beach I pay taxes for!
No pets allowed unless you are owner and it has to be registered with them. They will not let you on the property with any pets.
