ask your rental specialist! If you haven't rented through one contact Keys Caribbean Rentals , they can help you find a unit with full access to your channels! All units have individual owners, and have different cable options etc!
There is no beach access here. But there are public beaches nearby you can go to. The pool is very nice there.
Neighborhood of 2500- 3000 for 2/3 bedroom...great complex..pets vary per owner
Unfortunately, guests are not permitted to have pets onsite at Mariner's Club. Only homeowners may have pets.
