Yes but make sure the unit you are renting allows it. Check with whoever you rent through, Barefeet Rentals are the best agents for properties in Mariners hands down, just look at the reviews. I own unit 203 and they handle our rentals. Customers love them.
The adjoining residents had two dogs. But not sure about any accommodations on the property.
