Yes, it's possible. The resort does have ocean-facing rooms and all the rooms have balconies. Call ahead and make your request but if it's a busy time that you want, it may be difficult to get ocean-facing. Not sure about paying extra.
Actually you don't pay extra . But there are not a lot of ocean front rooms and most of them are 2 bedrooms. Make sure you check with staff. They are very friendly. Goodluck.
