house I live in has sold, have not been served, new landlord has ripped off the roof and one side of the house without notice also. All exposed to the elements I can see light thru the ceiling etc. Is this legal?

Im not sure about the yuba county one, but if you go to the sutter county courthouse web page on one of the drop down options it has an option for family, juvenile help. As in help from a lawyer or how to get help from a lawyer. I hope i helped
