We LOVE Dr Warwick & staff! It’s so convenient to be able to be seen on a walk-in basis when life gets crazy. Each provider has their own special tricks, so they are great with different needs. Dr Greene has been my favorite since she started here- she can treat my tight hip in ways no other doc has tried. Though I might also be biased because we share an uncommon first name. 😉

I must commend Dr. Warwick for the outstanding chiropractic care he has provided me for the past two and a half years. He definitely has the healing hands and knows his job as far as helping to relieve pain. He is very caring and compassionate and takes the time to know his patients. I would definitely recommend him to anyone having back pain issues. Keep up the good work!!!

The only problem with going to the Best chiropractic center in Washington State, are the lines out the door! These guys are personably wonderful: kind, thoughtful, and thorough. The support staff is attentive and caring. Most of all the the care my daughter is receiving through this difficult time is beyond all expectations. I am relieved she gets such great care, and I wish I had known about them back when I needed help.

Best chiropractic and massage in Thurston County! I have been a patient since September 2021, and the staff are probably one of the nicest people you will ever meet. They have basically became my second family as I come here every two weeks-one month haha! I was involved in a vehicle accident that caused back and neck injuries. Everyone here has helped and encouraged me to a successful recovery process, and I can not thank them enough. Everyone here has seen my worst pain, and have been very understanding and do above and beyond to decrease my pain. The staff knows this, but I THANK YOU ALL with all of my heart for helping me during my recovery process. To be honest, all of the chiropractors here are awesome! I've had all three of the chiropractors help me, but Dr. Greene has been my primary chiropractor and she is AWESOME AND VERY KIND! She is aware I get afraid during neck adjustments, but she knows how to calm me down! Dr. Waling and Dr. Warwick are amazing too! Crystal is my massage therapist, and she is amazing! I am able to have conversations with her throughout my massage, and she always listens to me. Super kind, and gives the best massages!! The front staff are great! They are super clear with communication, and both of the ladies in the front are like my friends now! Like I said earlier, everyone here treats me like family and am able to come here without any fear. Don't know where to go for Chiropractic service or Massage? DUH, come here!!!

Chiropractic care is safe, effective, and generally free of side effects. In fact, recent studies have shown that patients with back pain have a higher chance of more serious side effects (including gastrointestinal bleeding) when taking over-the-counter (OTC) non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) such as ibuprofen.
Four years of chiropractic university is required to get your doctorate of chiropractic degree, after completing a bachelor’s degree with specific science-based undergraduate requirements. The chiropractic university classes are very similar to medical school, however, the chiropractic student will spend more time on anatomy, nutrition and chiropractic technique where as the medical student will spend more time on pathology and pharmacology.
The most common cause of low back or neck pain is a combination of having some areas too tight and stiff, while other areas are too weak. For example, your hips and pelvis may be too tight while your core abdominal muscles are too weak.
Loss of spinal or extremity joint mobility(joint dysfunction/fixation) can occur due to: 1. Macrotrauma such as a sport injury, work related injury or auto accident. 2. Microtrauma due to repetitive use, postural stress or poor ergonomics (work environment). An example of this would be carpal tunnel syndrome. 3. Emotional stress or mental abuse. 4. Chemical stress due to poor nutrition and diet.
An adjustment is the primary method of treatment utilized by doctors of chiropractic. Chiropractic adjustments are performed on spinal and extremity joints that have been diagnosed as being hypomobile/fixated/dysfunctional. There are various adjustment techniques, but typically adjustments are applied by hand with a low force, controlled velocity contact on a specific joint or spinal segment.
The adjustment helps to restore joint motion which reduces/inhibits pain, reduces/inhibits muscle spasm/tightness, reduces/inhibits joint inflammation and improves muscle balance.
Chiropractic treatment rarely hurts and usually feels good. Some patients experience soreness at the beginning of care which usually quickly resolves.
Yes. Chiropractic care is included in most health insurance plans, including major medical plans, Personal Injury Protection, workers’ compensation, and some Medicare plans. Call us 360-951-4504 to see what your insurance will cover.
Adjustment of a joint may result in the release of a gas bubble between the joints, which makes a popping sound. Just like when you crack your knuckles.
Yes. Chiropractic is very important during pregnancy. Low back, mid and upper back pain often accompany pregnancy and drugs are to be avoided which chiropractic care does.

Yes, our chiropractic care is great for shoulder pain. Some chiropractors don’t adjust extremities, but Dr. Warwick is well versed and experienced in doing so. In fact, his wife, who fell off a horse and injured her shoulder, says her shoulder injury healed faster due to chiropractic, massage therapy, and cold laser treatments!
As with back pain, we adjust the neck and decompress joints increasing range of motion and reducing inflammation that causes pain.
Absolutely, yes. Chiropractic treatment is a great option for helping to reduce sciatica. We have many patients who are able to sit and walk without pain again, after getting help for their sciatica!
Chiropractic care is about the best conservative treatment you can have for back pain. It's great because there are little to no side effects as with medications, and it gets to the source of the problem and treats it.
