Personally this is the best methadone clinic I have ever been to and I've been to a few. Especially since they moved to.the new building. Unless you don't go dose until the last second there is no line. My counselor is a lovely lady (yay Megan) and goes out of her way and above and beyond for me if I need anything or help with something. I have never been spoken to rudely or disrespected by anyone working there, receptionists included. They have changed their hours since covid and the schedule has been a blessing, it has cut wait times in half. The only negative thing would be the clients causing trouble and arguing with staff. Usually about something clearly not allowed and then after being told no by the staff in regards to whatever stupid thing they loudly ask, clients will very loudly throw a tantrum about how that the staff is sooooo mean and unfair. Also the camera is not a recording it is a live feed and only in the bathrooms used for drug tests.. its up in the corner of the bathroom and only used for monitored urines and you are told when they are using it beforehand. Unless you're hiding something and trying to cheat the drug test it's no different than if the person collecting it was standing next to you monitoring. And these bathrooms were not available to anyone except clients taking UAs.

Great program, if you take it serious and do your part. Great councilors and nurses. (Edit) The past couple years there has normally been little to no wait on the dosing line.

Coming here was a great decision. All the staff is very caring Eric was welcoming and very available to let me know what step to take next . The recovery coach made me feel very comfortable. I wish I knew everyone's names even the lab tech was genuinely caring. It is such a change from Other places that make you feel like just a number. I reccomend treatment here for anyone that needs a kind caring team...
