Just got back from rock climbing with Troy & Keith/ LVE Adventure Program... So much fun! I've done as many activities as I can through LVE Adventure, never in a million years did I think my first time snorkeling with be in rehab. These guys are awesome and have taught me so much about having fun, being active, and staying sober / clean. I wish it was more than just once a week!

Clinicals have been super helpful although not all therapist/councilors really seem to be that helpful but the ones that are will go above and beyond for you. Same for the techs. over all a good experience but it is what you make of it.

Crystal lake was an unbelievable experience. An experience I never thought I’d get a chance to have. I am very great full for this place and the time I spent there. The staff are very professional making it welcoming, comfortable and fun! Who knew it could be fun? Going into this I didn’t know what to expect but am glad I made the choice to get help there. This place helped me in many ways and would recommend it to anyone who is looking to better their mind and life. A big plus too is it is near the beach which I was able to go to and relax and meditate. Crystal lake is a great place for recovery!

Upon arrival, one of our behavioral health technicians (BHT) will greet you and help with your belongings. Following this, you will be taken to a private room so you can sign a consent for treatment. This document is essential as it allows us to treat your alcohol or substance use disorder. Following there will be an orientation.
Yes! Each client will meet with a board-certified physician. In addition, clients will have access to a milieu of other medical and clinical professionals.
Visitations may be arranged during business hours when coordinated through the treatment team.
We treat all adults (18+).
Group Therapy Topics include: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, motivational interviewing, art therapy, and 12 step programs.
We have a lakeside pool with designated hours for use, Saturday afternoon recreational outings, which include trips to the beach, bowling, movies, etc. Recreation Room with games, pool table, PlayStation and a big screen TV, gym on property with limited equipment, and an outdoor tiki lounge for meetings and socializing
Yes, we offer free clinical assessments.
Therapies include but are not limited to the following: Dual Diagnosis Program, and Individual Treatment Planning w/ Master Level Clinicians.
We utilize yoga, meditation, breathworks, etc.
At Crystal Lake Healing we offer PHP, IOP and OP services.
Length of stay depends on your personal treatment needs and insurance coverage. You will have input into this decision with your clinical team, our goal is for you to receive the best possible treatment for your individual needs.
You will need to request medical leave under the Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA). You do not need to let them know you are receiving treatment for substance use or mental health reasons.
We email a packing list to you, along with your welcome package.
We work with most major insurance carriers and are able to verify your benefits and determine your coverage for treatment when you call us.
Clients may use their cellphone on weekdays from 4pm-10pm after the clinical day, and on weekends. Clients will turn in their cellphone to staff at 10pm on weeknights.
