I went to Helix to check out my finger to see if it was broken. The front office staff was very friendly and I was greeted quickly. I waited about 20 minutes to get a room which isn't bad at all. I met the P.A. Virginia and she was very delicate while inspecting my finger. I was sent off to x-ray and again a very friendly xray tech, I think her name is Liz, took care of me. Virginia let me know I did in fact fracture the finger and she set my finger, explained exactly what I needed to do at home, answered all my questions, and prescribed medication to my pharmacy. I never felt like this was a turn and burn experience like I have experienced in other urgent cares. Overall I had a great experience here. The staff was welcoming and knowledgeable. I think I found a new Urgent Care for all my needs in the future. Oh, I forgot to mention, Virginia actually called my house to ask how I was doing and follow up...whaaat???? that rarely happens. A+

I’ve been here on 3 different occasions trying to give them the benefit of the doubt. Each time I’ve had to wait 2 hours to even be seen. This visit on 6/22/22 I waited in the lobby for 2 hours, then in the room for another hour just to be told to go somewhere else. They obviously don’t value their patients’ time or health care. Adding that this also was $200 out of my pocket for absolutely nothing.
