There is too much negativity to say about this place whether you are a patient or an employee. There is so much turn over with staff that patient treatment cannot be rendered sufficiently and appropriately especially with the working nursing staff . If you have a question you are told to speak with the DON or some other guy who is barely there and when they are not there they pawn everything off on someone else who most times is new and obviously cannot give you the answers. Tasks are delegated to the nurses who are very , very overworked, underpaid and appear burnt out as it is and higher up ignores or is just not there to step in and help. I just don’t understand why this happens all the time , obviously there is a problem within the agency from the top. I stopped going here a few weeks ago and had enough of this place when on a Saturday there was a issue with the pump , of course there was a line but that is going to happen when something happens and you only have 2 nurses medicating 500 people every Saturday but other patients started complaining and making the most vulgar comments to the new nurse who was probably forced on the pump with little training (and in my opinion was the most knowledgeable with addictions, and finally someone who knew the reality of addictions and explained to me how suboxone really works) while the DON and the security allowed it to happen. I felt really terrible for her and when I didn’t see her return the following week I knew RCA was just about money and power. Looking back it seems like this is the norm around here. If you really want treatment I suggest looking elsewhere. It’s not the cover of the book , it is what’s inside that matters and the cover and the inside of the book in this facility don’t make sense. They just make up rules as they go

Thank you all for the few weeks that you took care of my great grandmother in her passing days. Excellent service, nice facility, & the staff is so sweet. Would highly recommend if looking for nursing home services. Always ready to step out and help patients & the community! 10 stars if I could give!

Would recommend this program to people who are ready to pick up the pieces and start over. This program gave me life!

If you have bottles they will not be transferred to another clinic. Have you spoke to the new director at New Horizons? I heard he was having clients meet with him to discuss the issues clients face there. If you do want to transfer you just have to tell your counselor to set it up. They will fill out all the paperwork.
Same exact thing with me!! I’ve had like 8 counselors I’m finally detoxing off methadone bc this clinic is sooo mishandled now that they changed ownership.
Yes it does have your counselor at your current facility contact them usually around 2 week notice needed but different rules for different people.
For me because I had a criminal background, I have a mugshot. It cost without insurance $100 to see the doctor and $90 per week as self pay which is cheaper than any opiate habit I've paid for. But I had no id so my mugshot was my id. I hope this helps
The first day u come for your intake you get medicated in this MAT program they are really good at getting u in and medicated fast
I've never ever heard of a rehab that lets you bring your pets with you. Maybe if its a licensed service dog.
I believe it is ~$90 a week without insurance. They also accept Medicaid. I am not certain about private insurance besides NJ Family Care HMO plans. Their website is listed on the Google Maps Info Card you found this message form on. Good luck and God Bless whoever you are inquiring for. :-)
Early as you can from my experience. I've been there since May '18. If you don't have an appointment get there first. They open at 5 30am. My intake took 4 hours but they do dose the same day. In the morning it is very busy with people having doctor's appointments and appointments with the counselors and trying to get to work so my best advice without an appointment would be to be there before any other person that might show up without an appointment.
Yes I'm a client and I have Medicaid
