Julio Miranda deserves all 5 stars. Thank you so much for going above and beyond and helping me get my car serviced. Truly the ONLY person in this dealership that cares for his customers and trust me after going back and forth with this dealer for the passed 6 months yes I've spoken to many people. Now as far as everyone else, rude and condescending and they only care about us make a sale rather than building their clientele. It was brought to Sales rep Gios attention, prior to buying the car that it has an issue. His response was it's been serviced and checked multiple times and it's all good. Within a week the same issue comes up with an estimated repair cost of $2000. The only response I got from him was "the car sold as it". I had to waste time and energy and the dealership ended up fixing the issue MONTHS later at their cost anyway. ALL OF THIS COULD HAVE BEEN AVOIDED. Stay away from Gio as he will lie to you just to get a sale. Miss "Kelly" the "receptionist" lacks the only thing her job title requires and it's being nice. As a company that carries such a big reputation the bare minimum they could do to start is with hiring a receptionist that doesn't hang up on people and at least speaks to people with kindness.

Terrible dealer! Took my brand new just bought 2015 sti in for steering rack change an they forgot to put oil in an the engine blew up. To make up for it They gave me a 2021 wrx full price. Just called them today to get some body work done an audio system fixed that been broken from day one. An told I can only drop it off when I have 1 car an no solution to being stuck there for possibly all the day they said. I asked to see if I could speak to someone else with more pull to get rental an told I was being I was being trans to someone the women hung up on me even before I could say thanks. Terrible place don’t go there!

My first oil change is 6,000 miles. Is that correct? I have 2,900.
Not sure about used car, but new purchase/leases are under warranty.
If you pre-book on a service that takes the whole day possibly, but I have never had the opportunity. However, they have a drop off van, and they have a large waiting area with big screen movies and free bagels and coffee as well as a "quiet" waiting room where they have cubicles to work or chairs to read in. I appreciate the quiet room. No cell phones
