I just want people to know what this company did to one of it's employees (me).....Because of surgery on my shoulder I asked for an easier job for a day got brought to the nurse sent home that was 7 weeks ago in the interim lost my house ( lack of NO pay), living in my car lol, they took that (no $ to pay it) and now my phone shut off (STILL NO $ to pay it)....Trane treats their employees oh so wonderfully!!!! Don't know much about this place because I only deliver there. Seems like a good place to work as the parking lot is always at full capacity. Security guards are very friendly and helpful

Hi Tracy. Currently, the company and the union are at odds about this exact issue. The company wants to b able to use temps and the union is dead set against anything in the way of temp staffing. So until the issue is resolved i don't think the company can do anything like that. Hope the info helps u.
