When me n my gurl went 2 this laundromat last Wednesday we put a 20 dollar bill on the machine 4 the card n it the money went in but it still showed 8 dollars instead of 28 dollars n when we ask the staff 4 our money back they say we would have 2 speak with the owner n I tried 2 get in touch with the owner n they never answered the phone the 2 times I called. I asked the staff 4 the money back n they didn't want 2 give me the money back n they have me the excuse u have 2 talk 2 the owner about things! I take it as if they don't wanna give the money back n they aren't doing their job right! N I wrote a piece of paper leaving a note about my gurl needing her 20 dollars back n it's been a week n still haven't gotten a call from the owner n I probably won't expect 1 from him! Unless I get the 20 dollars back I will no longer do services with them anymore
