The worst part about owning a Tesla is service. They’ll never get the job done correctly and only make it worse. Majority of the time.

Disgusting service! I booked an appointment for repairing a nail in the center top of the tire. Estimated was 129$. After 1 hour a sales representative come and tell me that I need to replace the tire for a new price of $450. I agree and ask to keep my old tire in the trunk. They returned my car 2 hours later and didn’t do the job. They decided not to. I asked why they said they misendurstood. I went to Goodyear which is the tire brand. In 5 minutes they fixed it. It costed me $31. No more comment.

For long term owners of Tesla, we’ve certainly seen Tesla service dwindle from the VIP days. I must say, Josh at the service center certainly made the old days come back. Communication was concise, responsive and attentive! Josh made every effort to coordinate our HV battery replacement flawlessly. Turn around time was 1 day, even with a sudden requirement to come in a week earlier than scheduled! Josh’s effort and attention turned what could have been a weeks long period without a car to 24 hours! Amazing experience. Thank you Josh.

I’ve encountered the same problem, it’s better to use their online chat feature or submit a question online and have someone from Tesla call you back.
You actually managed to get your car serviced?! How did you do that? I've been practically begging to get my issues fixed for a month now and no answer.
You can also call the local dealership location in Dania Beach if you cannot find the website link.
The car should do good. Unfortunately, Tesla changed my battery due to an issue it was having and they did not install all the seals correctly. So, when I went through water, the battery shut down. In addition, one of my relief valves was down (one of the service managers said he had never seen that) and I had water come into the trunk. They replaced it all but they still missed something as I still have mold smell inside. Let's see if today, take 3, they can figure it out. PS they installed the carpet incorrectly, so they will need to redo that as well.
I thought when you purchase those cars, it should be included!

At the dealer they will help order the unit, the also have multiple on stock, so check there stock first.
Hi Jhon, was it like this when you took delivery? I think the PSI meter on the display only work while driving, so due to the cold weather your tire pressure is lower now, triggering the warning once you started driving it. Just stop by a gas station with air service and fill the tires to 42 psi. Anyway, the delivery guy should have know about this and be proactive, instead of causing you this inconvenience.
Yes, some accessories are available through the parts department. Others have to be ordered online. I would call ahead to see if they stock what you're looking for.
The number on teslas is the KW kilowatts that is the range and distance of the battery capacity.
