Hi Jhon, was it like this when you took delivery? I think the PSI meter on the display only work while driving, so due to the cold weather your tire pressure is lower now, triggering the warning once you started driving it. Just stop by a gas station with air service and fill the tires to 42 psi. Anyway, the delivery guy should have know about this and be proactive, instead of causing you this inconvenience.
In your case, an appointment is not necessary but encouraged. Take it there and let them know this is not acceptable. Also due to the cold weather that may have caused your tire pressure low. Also check your battery. I just read an article about the cold weather affecting those.
Yeah I'd call them up and ask them to send a mobile technician, otherwise you shouldn't need an appointment
John, find your nearest Tesla and let them know of the issue. They have mobile technicians which they can dispatch. If the tires are low, I would not recommend driving her unless there is a way to check the tire pressure. Many times it is a sensor and their mobile team can assist. Be persistent with them if need be. They are all about pleasing the client
