It’s Friday and there’s a big line. There’s only 2 tellers, this bank has to be the worst Bank of America I’ve ever been too. Don’t come to this bank if you don’t have to.

Absolutely horrible to deal with on anything. Tried to get my wife added to my account a few weeks ago, was told they couldn't do it without an appointment, the next available appointment was in July. Tried to cash a check today, they want my wife's passport because her ID is apparently not sufficient. I will just be taking my business elsewhere. This branch rightfully deserves their 2.5 overall score.

This is the branch with the worst service in the area, they simply don't want to work, all excuses.

The shortest line I ever seen in this bank was 6 people. Lots of employees waking around doing nothing. They donor know anything about customer service
