I was never connected to a doctor. And when I tried calling their customer service, I was always put on hold. For a good two times they put my call on hold to a point where I lost my patience. When I finally talked to someone, the guy didn’t listen to me. I didn’t get the recommendation and nor the refund. I have no doubt in my mind that it’s a scam.

I applied for the mmj card more than a hour ago and didn’t get anything in return, yet the payment went through. So I proceeded to call the number for customer service and it went to voicemail saying that the line is full multiple times so I went to the live chat for assistance and when I texted them I got nothing in return for 20 minutes. So I’ve came to the conclusion that this is a scam and you should not invest your money into it.
