WellsFargo’s costumer service has progressively become trash. I bought foreign currency from this branch and when the currency didn’t come in on time, the branch personnel said they had just gotten a notice that currency was running behind, but didn’t offer to help us cancel the order, just told us to call their corporate #. It took us +4 hours to talk to someone on the corporate #, just to have them say the branch should have canceled it. Now trying to contact the branch and no one picks up the phone, they automatically send my call to the general wellsfargo line, where after more time on hold, they can’t do anything because it’s the branch’s job to cancel the order. So according to EVERY WF employee I’ve spoken to, it’s not their job to do their job, it’s someone’s else’s job. Really considering taking my finances elsewhere if this is how WF is going to operate.
