Horrible branch. Only one teller, people lined up out the door. Several employees sitting at their desks don’t seem to care.

How unfortunate it is to visit this branch of Wells Fargo to solve something very simple and the manager receives you and she argues that she is not there to attend to those kinds of requests, then an official REY ÁLVAREZ from customer services assisted me and with such poor aptitude that neither They don't even have the education to say "good morning" or "good afternoon" what can I think of this branch if that way they serve a customer like me who has been there for 9 years. The gentleman was so rude that he didn't even tell me when I left: Thank you for visiting our bank or any of those words that I think they teach you in training. If you don't like the work that you do there on that site, you should go find a job where you feel comfortable. 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼
