As a last minute trip to this area I was very pleased with how clean it was. Makes for a relaxing stay. Had 2 young rowdy boys with us and the pool was a huge hit for them! The breakfast was outstanding for a Hotel one lol. I usually don't have high expectations but it was delicious and blew me away with how much food was made available to you. Thank you for making our stay a great one!

I was very pleased with the size of my room for the price, I'll admit it was a Thursday night. It was very quiet and I had plenty of room. The hard floors were not nice though, not pleasing to walk on barefoot. I know they're supposed to be cleaner than carpet but I prefer carpet. The front desk staff are great. The whole pool area was closed for "renovations" but the pool was full of water and I saw no signs of work being done.

The girls at the front desk Taylor, Nicole, and Monique were friendly, efficient, helpful, and provided great customer service! Also, Tony the manager was very helpful during my stay at best western! I want to give a shout out to Jaunita, she was the best! Always asking if I needed anything, and my favorite house keeper, always friendly and did a thorough job!

The rooms were good but the the elevator was not working the door closed on my 2 year old. Her arm got stuck and we had to get it open with help of some others staying as well. We yelled for help and no one came. When I went to tell the front desk she said o I heard just thought it was the softball team. There was 3 adults yelling help. While trying to get her out. This was on 3/19/2022. We got her out. The door closed on others as well. The girl at the front desk was not of help. It was not tell the door closed on someone else is then when she called to get the elevator fixed. As I read the reviews it looks like the elevator had been broken for some time. Thank goodness we were able to get my daughter arm out. We will never stay there again. There was also ants in one of the softball teammate room. Over all would not recommend to anyone.
