It's a McDonald's! The employees at this one are really good about trying to get things right, fresh and fast. Just don't go when they're already slammed. I eat here daily (breakfast) and several times a week for lunch. The 2 big downsides: Don't go in needing the bathroom (it's got a coded lock) and don't expect to use the drive thru if you have an extended or wide vehicle.

Don't go here on the weekend, they are terrible. I ordered a crispy chicken deluxe with fries, and a cheeseburger with fries.. The kid who took my card was not very friendly. First they gave me someone elses order of chicken nuggets and fries. It was the lady behind me in the drive thru that ordered it. I explained to the young boy that I put my hands in the bag and touched the fries and he said he was going to use the order anyway. While wating for my order; a young girl with long hair not even in a ponytail or hairnet on, proceeded to clean and rub her eye with her fingers and then touch a bunch of paper cups without washing her hands. My Crispy chicken was overcooked and dry, and of course they gave me no receipt. I usually only come for breakfast food because it is done right, and they are friendly. Last time I ordered dinner at this same McDonalds, my quarter pounder was way overcooked, black, shriveled up, dry, and I ended up throwing it away. McDonald's White City, OR weekend afternoon/evening crew needs to have more lessons from their weekday breakfast crew! Burger King will have all of my business now!

This is the worst restaurant I have ever visited. They forgot half my order so I had to drive back to Mc Donald's and get the other half of my order and whoever did my order got it wrong, I ordered a hot caramel sundae and the kid made a chocolate sundae; my child is allergic to chocolate for one and for two the price of their food is expensive and definitely not worth the price. The employees should at the least make sure your order is correct. Will not be visiting that restaurant again

I ordered and paid for 2 crunchy doubles (drive through) a caramel frappe with extra shot of espresso, and z leg diet coke. When I got to pick up window I was informed they can't put an extra shot of espresso in my caramel frappe. The manager took my name (did not write it down) said she write it in the "book" and I could get a free caramel frappe with an extra shot of espresso on my next visit. No offer of a refund what-so-ever. Got home and discovered I only had one order of crunchy double (double cheeseburger+6 piece chicken nugget & one very old single cheeseburger+4 piece chicken nugget. Totally ripped me off with no shame in their game. Oh & only 1 straw for 2 drinks. Worst experience ever at a McDonald's. Buyer beware!!
