I have been staying here, every year, sometimes twice a year, for over 10 years and have always had a GREAT experience from the friendly staff, great food and rooms! Not this year! They have mostly new staff that were not very friendly. Seemed as though they had attitudes. The only people that were nice were the Valet parking staff and one the waitresses in the restaurant who had been working there for many years. We asked the front desk people if they could cut us a deal on the free parking promotion they were already running and they wouldnt even try to do that even though we have been loyal customers for over 10 years. We do not plan to come back here and will be searching for another hotel which is unfortunate because this place was my home away from home for so many years. Very disappointed in the customer service!

I asked for them to heat up a heating pad in a microwave and said that there was no microwave on the entire property. I also asked for a bottle of water at 10pm and then they said that do not have any except for ordering room service. I am disappointed. I love everything about it other than the service! The location and everything is a 10/10

This hotel had a mildew smell and I paid $5.00 for a can of soda. A bottle of water was $7.00. $25.00 for a cheeseburger and fries. I would never step foot back there. I am from New Jersey and I wish I would have stayed there for my wedding anniversary. We were supposed to go to Puerto Rico but Fiona came now this smelly hotel. I can't win for losing

I am pretty upset about my recent stay. The hotel from what we could see of it (most of it was under construction) was beautiful. I feel we should have been given a discount since the entire place was being renovated or at least been told that this was going to be the case. Then when we check in i’m told I still have resort fees to pay. I pay that and then after my stay I get charged $273 additionally for more resort fees and over night parking that I prepaid for online. They will nickle and dime you as much as they can here. We even asked for an ice bucket which is pretty standard at places like a Holiday Inn and they told us it was $7 to bring it up to our room. Pretty ridiculous.

They do not have rooms for smokers. They do not have any smoking rooms. Sorry about that. So sorry.
Everyone can use the beach, but you can't get a beach chair or umbrella if you're not a guest. You can bring your own drinks to the beach, be discreet.
You can also use uber eats and they deliver to your room
The hotel has a pool and hot tubs. No spa
Depends on what you want but good breakfast is around 25$
In this Hotel, which is very worried about charging everything is charged and with enough vigor Any service you request can be very difficult as the staff are not too worried about you It's just a tourist trap, stay smart
They have no amenities but towels and a place to rest Obviously you have to pay for that, do not believe in what is written in their website Be smart, they a trap for naive guests
If you want to displease your customers, this Hotel is a great way Read the bad reviews on TripAdvisor, they are recurrent and consistent (and true)
Grand beach hotel have a parking area, you just arrive to the hotel and they will take your car
12 pm
Go to Bay Harbor Trip, you have a kitchen and it's near the beach. This Hotel is a Tourist Trap
You can not smoke, they tell you from the entrance, on the balcony if there is no one next to you and without leaving trash, you could
No, there is a place near the airport to rent cars like 30 minutes from the hotel
Dear Alejandra Bravo, the hotel welcomes small pets (up to 50lbs). There is a daily pet fee of $50/night and a refundable $100 deposit, if the room is left in good conditions. We hope this helps. Thank you for your inquiry and interest!

Buenas tardes, I want to inform you that we have shampoo, conditioner and body cream in all our rooms.
Hotels generally allow registered guests only on the premises. As long as you don't exceed the room maximum, I don't see how it would be a problem to register the guest for one night at no extra cost.
I think you should contact your agent
Excellent quality and location. It would be necessary to consult directly with them
I have no idea, you should write to the hotel ..
When you ask they usually give you something
Its for Adults only. No children. Nothing special, just for the Adults. Its actually very quiet there as well.
Yes, the hotel offers parking. Around $42 overnight. No need to make reservations in advance for a car
No here is not a microwave in a room , is just coffee machine, and mini bar
If there are nearby public parking lots that can be cheaper but not safer
Valet parking at the hotel is 40US per day excluding taxes. Seriously consider a different hotel
My friend did not take her mother to this hotel
I'm sorry I can't answer you. I recommend that you call the hotel directly, they are very strict with the rules
The rooms are expensive and we thought that a 4pm check in was a lot later than most hotels (usually 2pm) so you get less for your money.
Dear Beatriz Rivero, thank you for your inquiry. We would suggest you use the 'Contact Us' Form on the hotel website, in order to contact Group Sales/Catering and inquire whether this is possible to arrange. Have a good day.

Well they says 9pm But people still come to pool any hrs
I didn't have a car when I was there, but there were parking options nearby. Checking Tripadvisor I now see that parking was available 3 blocks north on block 5300. The price was only $ 2 a night, but I keep in mind that the year was 2015
Dear Kurt Schrader, thank you for your inquiry and interest in the Grand Beach Hotel. Unfortunately, the hotel does not offer shuttle service from and to the airport. You do, however, have the choice between a variety of transportation means available in the area- from taxi service, to Uber/Lyft service to booking the Miami Supershuttle, which can take you from the Miami International airport to the hotel. Dear Zuleyka Javier, thank you for your inquiry and interest in the Grand Beach Hotel. On property, check-in begins at 4pm. Check-out is 12pm. Thank you. Have a good day.
Good afternoon, I was also a guest of the hotel. Have you tried to communicate with them by phone?
the food is good and the prices are relative to the stars of the hotel it is much cheaper to eat out what if the value of parking is extremely high 44 dollars per night I think it is too much what happens that since there are no options outside they are abused
It's good to shop around..Some deals include the resort fees..Expedia included my resort fees and gave me a $30 credit..So prices may vary. Just make sure you read all the small print.
No, I only visited the place frequently
I think it's expensive. It is convenient to use Uver service or rent a car. The car will be dropped off and taken to the hotel. They are vehicles of quality brands.
Yes, it is payment and it is EXPENSIVE !! They are almost usd43 per night (taxes included)
