First I just want to say the lady that checked us in was very nice and the house keeper was nice. I called the number that morning and the first person i talked to was very rude, said we couldn’t check in early and hung up on me. When we got there the lady allowed us to check in early. We got in the room and there was a VERY STRONG mildew smell that never went away no matter what we tried (cologne and cleaning products) we checked our bed and there were dirty underwear under the bed. The housekeeper came and got them but didn’t wear gloves or anything to get them up 🤮. The room wasn’t cleaned at all the whole stay but the housekeeper made the bed once but didn’t change the sheets.. there were ants in the room and something bit me all over my body i have pics. You can tell the towels had been used a lot because they left lint all over you when you dried off. I really wish we could get some of our money back because this was not a good experience I have stayed in cheap places but this wasn’t even worth what we spent at all. I wouldn’t recommend.

Very dirty room and bathroom, dust, hair and hair in every corner of the room and the bathroom, the air conditioning leaked water and in the morning, when we woke up, we found the floor wet. The towels, besides being dirty, left pieces of fabric all over the body due to wear. The bed blanket had holes in it as it was dated. Easy check-in directions.
