Some hotels give you the option where you can put a hold fee on your room and pay the hotel fee when you get there if you don't want to pay everything right away. I'd call to double check!
The Resort has a vehicle that can pick you up or drop you off at airport un clear on cruise. The airport / city offer a bus that run to Collins Ave for around $5.
