After a very unpleasant stay last week I had to come back because I had another booking propagated. I arrived at the hotel and again I had problems. They couldn't find the reservation by mistake and they made me wait 1 hour to give me the room that I had reserved and paid for. The receptionist Campbell did not even bother to collaborate and then, in the face of my complaint, he only apologized symbolically. Last week they also gave me a used room, not cleaned and after refusing to admit the problem they took me 2 hours to give me another clean room.

The worst. Staff at front desk is rude. We had an emergency and had to leave 2 days earlier but front desk would not refund. Ended up calling Hilton and even Hilton could not get the manager to pick up the phone. As far as the rooms they are very tiny. The bathroom is tiny and in the bathroom there is glass that you can see into the room so there is absolutely no privacy. I do not recommend staying here at all especially if you have children. The pool was small and no services.

Good location but many problems. I was told that I would get a text message when my room was ready but they never texted me. She should have not offered to text us if she was not going to do it. I was told that gold and diamond members get the same one hour late check out. When I explained that I have been a diamond members for years and I knew it was one hour for gold and two hours for diamond, she finally granted me the two hours late check. It was clear that she already knew this and was lying to me. I spent the maximum amount of money for the best room with the best view but the pictures did not show that the balcony has a 6 foot concrete wall which blocks the views and breezes making the balcony useless. This was a waste of money. My side of the bed had no table and no outlet to plug in my phone. The surface of the doors and walls are sticky and nasty. It took many taps to get the light on the elevator to turn green which is required to get to the room. The AC fan would not shut off even when I flipped every switch.

Neat hotel, that has great charm however the extremely rude and unfriendly staff will make you wish you stayed elsewhere. The front desk staff seem bothered by just your presence in the lobby.

You could call their customer service or if you book your flight with a credit card that has the appropriate insurance, you can call them. First call your airlines customer service they will refund you or give you credit.
