Machines were clean, efficient, and took care of my needs. Staff was available for assistance, although I did not need any. If using mobile pay, or card keep in mind I had a $20 hold that was later adjusted.Thank you for you review. The credit card machine puts a hold on $20 until you have finished your visit. 2 hours after you finish using your card we close out the hold and report back to your bank. For ATM cards this means funds will be withdrawn until the bank returns them. I’m sorry for any incorrect inconvenience this may have caused you.

I have been to almost ALL the laundromats within the vicinity of Pinole, Hercules, San Pablo and Richmond, and by far, BB'S Laundromat is hands down, the best. Why?? …Thank you for the very nice review. I will make sure our staff knows.

I used to go here all the time I loved this place. Especially the attendants, Malena & Lisa very knowledgeable when it comes to the machines & laundry in general & always cleaning. BUT..... …Lisa I’m so very sorry you had a bad experience. I will speak to my attendants to resolve this. We want our customers and employees to always have a good experience. Please accept my sincere apologies.
