Skinny is consistently delicious with high-quality local ingredients. There's only one vegan meal, The Vegan, and I love it. My husband and I usually share the delectable sweet potato fries, which are thin and crisp. We order them extra well-done, yum. This week we tried a super-refreshing kiwi kombucha from their cooler. I'd be grateful for more vegan options. I wanted to go home with some of the hot sauce for sale there, which I'm sure is delicious. But it contains anchovies. The ingredient list is in tiny type and I had to use my phone as a magnifier to read it.

Recently i shared a trip to this wonderful cafe. Don't let its smaller size confuse you. They have amazing crepes! Their service with a smile attitude stands out as well. Highly recommended. Nice to find such a charming place in downtown Montpelier.
