My wife and I just moved here a few weeks ago from a different country and was trying to get a place to call home . God bless us the day we came across this beautiful Gem we get to call home ."Stonewood Town Home" Dana, Debbe I can't thank them enough, they made our transition so smooth and let us feel so welcome and feel at home. They went above and beyond to accommodate us in every way possible. And to mention about the rent , price wise it was unbelievable comparing to other apartments we looked at . This one fell right into our budget. To top it off the neighborhood is just awesome , quiet , peaceful and we met some friendly and great neighbors. Great people all around Thanks alot to Dana and Debbe you guys are great

Very nice, safe & clean, great residents. Maintenance is very helpful, if ever needed. Highly recommend these apts. Dana, Debbe and EZ are incredible. We have been here more than 4 years.

These people are horrible, if something breaks it takes months to get it fixed. They are trying to sue my grandmother because their water heater broke and caused damage and we didn't know because we only check it once a month to change the air filter and had no idea it was leaking, they act nice when they're trying to get money from you but they are actually mean and nasty people who have no compassion, they're running this place into the ground. Also another thing to note is they have banned the use of fireworks on all celebratory days.

If I could give negative stars, I would. To start when I first signed paperwork there were no pet, trash, or pest control fees— DAYS before moving in, after lease was initially signed they added these fees. Loud neighbors who get into physical fights nearly daily in the parking lot with cops coming. The property management cannot do proper bookkeeping and in the same day will send notices with different amounts owed. None of their notices are properly dated. They will harass you, even when the issue is on their end. They do bad work on getting apartments ready- such as leaving feces on balcony, not painting baseboards, cabinets not properly fitted to the wall/space. There is no emergency maintenance to reach out to, per the maintenance man who couldn’t give any way to reach him in emergency. I could go on and on— with evidence of it all such as emails and photos. Avoid it here.
