Every senior applicant for residency must fill out a very detailed application. Financial assistance for rents are based on each person's income and ability to pay. In regards to other answers that have said it's low income only, I personally know people who had been accepted to live there who have been in a high income bracket. (Note...unless it has changed the last two years.....)
