I like T-Mobile and their service. Three stars are because the stores are pretty much useless. The store employees are completely under trained and quite often rude. The only to get good help and honest correct answers is to deal only with the telephone representatives. They can actually help and are nice to work with. The other problem with T-Mobile and almost any cellular phone company is that all the deals they promote are smoke and mirrors. You'll get bent over and lied too. Sad fact is no matter where you go you just have to pay up. So I chose T-Mobile. They seem to be the least shady of the big companies. Good luck!

Had an easy time yesterday buying some phones.David was our sales guy and the best thing is,he wasn't pushy.He allowed us to make our own decisions and answered respectfully.He didn't try to sell us something just because as in trying to push the deals out the door.He was there for what we wanted.Plus I bought a speaker🤷🏽‍♂️Just because😁His patience with us is much appreciated.Thank you David🙏
