Right at home helped my stepmother a few years ago until her passing. The caregivers could not have been more attentive and help full to bother my parents. So when my father needed assistance after being diagnosed with cancer, and fracturing his hip, I didn't think twice about using Right at home again. They've been wonderful especially Stephanie Aguilar she helped get my father out of the hospital and arranged for a hospital bed and oxygen to be delivered to the house. I literally couldn't have done it without her. She's an Angel.

I feel i can express my concerns freely without being judges and they really just listen to what you have to say. Kyliene the nurse is amazing and so easy to talk to. My father has used Right at Home in Cypress practically since they opened and we are very pleased with the care. Right at Home caregivers are highly trained and can handle tough situations and challenging clients. Many of our caregivers have special certifications and/or experience in different areas of the senior care continuum, but they all receive continuing education through Right at Home University to grow their skills through online coursework, webinars, and in-person group training.
No, you should never tip your caregiver or be made to feel like you need to tip your caregiver. You pay Right at Home for all services provided and Right at Home pays your caregiver directly. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact our office.
