We needed a rear windshield replaced so we contracted with the big national chain, who put us off for 10 days, then called and cancelled because they were missing a part. I did an online appointment with Century Glass and Sherry called me less than an hour later, set us up to have the repair done the next day, and handled switching the insurance claim information. Century's tech called me when he was on the way, showed up on time, and did excellent work, including cleaning up all the shattered class. Great job!!

I paid a $125 deposit for them to come out the same day and fix my back car window. They call me later in the day and said that they ordered the wrong window and that they’d have to fix it the next morning. I wasn’t able to pick up my son from my mother’s house that was an 1 1/2 away and the only thing that they offered me was $30 off of a $250 glass replacement.

Custom glass order. Very difficult to deal with: Rude & unprofessional. I paid 1/2 upfront and cannot get them to finish the job. Did not show up on time for scheduled appointment, and when they did finally arrive, they did not have the tools necessary to do the install. Owner is very rude and unwilling to complete the job. I have tried to reschedule in good faith for 3 months. Do not waste your money. Order the glass from a reputable company and install it yourself. Not worth the time and effort to deal with this company.

In the end, they did a good job. Communication problems rife. I thought a bit pricey. But they did what they said they would do, on time and well sine.

Yes! Depending on your location, you may find that storms cause huge problems for your outdoor glass. If you are in a new construction project, or renovating and replacing windows, then consider replacing existing glass with hurricane-proof glass. This glass is shatter resistant and will minimize damage or flying glass shards due to debris during heavy storms.
Yes! If your door or window has broken or fogged glass, we can replace that glass. Replacing the broken or damaged glass is oftentimes easier and cheaper then replacing the door or window itself.
