I changed pharmacy to get away from the negative, always having a bad day experience I get when coming to Moncrief Pharmacy. Then I decided to return again to Moncrief pharmacy only been here twice and the same attitudes still persist. If you don’t like customer service find another job.

Shoutout to Fort Jackson Moncrief Admin for restoring my hope in local healthcare. As if Covid wasn’t enough - my IUD has decided to expel itself. I have no established care providers because I’m new here and local civilian offices are booked out months. They really came together to help me get care established and navigate Tricare hiccups to get seen. The civilian offices I spoke with acted like they could care less.
