Don’t rent from this place. There’s always cockroaches no matter how many times we tell them. The first week I was here my bathroom ceiling started leaking. Management is terrible and on top of everything they took away dumpsters and expect everyone at this huge complex to use 1 trash compactor. If you don’t take your trash 10 minutes walking up the street, you better put it in your car and drive your trash up because that’s what they want & if you don’t, it’s a $200 charge. The washers and dryers here are terrible, each take 2 cycles for washer and dryer so for 1 load of laundry you’re looking at $10. The walls here are very thin so we can hear what’s going on above and below us. Recently purchased by Halstead, the management is already awful. Please do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

Do yourself a favor and do NOT rent here. I’d give this place 0 stars if I could. Management is horrible, they didn't respond to emails with complaints timely and didn’t respond to emails regarding our rent (which btw is illegal), they are rude and multiple buildings are infested with cockroaches (pics attached). We did a walk through of the apartment we planned to rent before we signed the lease and saw some pest traps. We weren’t sure what they were but management reassured us it would not be an issue and wouldn’t let us move in until pest control gave the ok. They lied to us from the beginning as this apt was NEVER fit to be rented out. They sprayed our apartment 3 times which didn’t resolve the problem at all, yet insisted we didn’t have an infestation. My boyfriend and I lived here for 5 months before we needed to get out asap. We were peeing and showering with cockroaches and were unable to use our kitchen for longer than 5 minutes. We had roaches crawling over our dishes, on the ceilings, in our living room, and by the last 2 months we were living with all our kitchen belongings on the dining room table. Moving was a process to make sure we didn’t take any roaches with us. This place is NOT worth the rent we were paying and you can definitely find way better.

Here at Rolling Green the residents are responsible for electric and cable. We pay for water, sewer, gas, and trash.
Yes it is. Electricity used to be included too but not anymore. Electricity though is responsible for warming up your home. The heat is for hot water basically.

We have community laundry rooms available for use 7 days a week. There are also local new laundromat facilities for those that wish to do their laundry all at once.
Unfortunately, because of the age of the building we do not have elevators, but some ground floor units can be made accessible for anyone requiring reasonable handicap modifications.
We accept pets, up to two per apartment. Cats are an additional $45 a month and dogs are an additional $55 a month. Please give us a call as there are breed restrictions for dogs.
We have a sparkling pool with a grill area and we supply grills for resident use. We also have a playground on the property available for use.
