Customer service is awful! My first visit was not good then I thought I misunderstood them. But I was wrong! You enter, you shop and you checkout, you are good, but If you need any assistance to find any items or any returns then you will get to see their rude behavior! May be they hate questions! Even though Milford RD is very close to me, I now shop from Needham RD!

My visit today was the worst experience, this nice new location is filled with rude people , prices was wrong , at the checkout cashier was extremely rude and manager was even more worst both keep fighting to each other all time Totally unprofessional behavior I was going this location because it’s new and clean but these employees make it the the worst place to do shopping Will never go this location

Only two persons are allowed for the card. We need to wear masks(mandatory) and gloves (not mandatory)
