I called this location and got one of those electronic messages with no way to contact someone who works there. I pressed 6 and they listed the insurance they accept their voicemail says they accept masshealth and tufts. I have tufts health together which is a masshealth plan. One would assume that means they accept my health insurance. I do not drive so I was dropped off here, I checked in within moments I am told they don’t take my insurance. I said “I called you guys, I could not speak with anyone there so I pressed six to hear the accepted insurances. Your voicemail says you accept both tufts and masshealth” the receptionist tells me “we do but not that plan” so now I have to pay an Uber to get to the ER which k knows takes my insurance I would rate this place zero if I could . It’s a scam you cannot get ahold of someone who works here when you call . Do not go here

Another clinic that has issues informing patients of “well beyond expected” wait times. 1 patient in waiting room plus myself, 20 minute expected wait time at check in. Going on 1.5 hours. Do not come down expecting wait times to be anywhere near accurate. Covid is a good excuse, there are plenty of solutions to this problem though. Sad.

Incredible staff and service. They truly took the time to understand the details of my injury and circumstance to the fullest and gave me the best medical treatment possible. I felt extremely well cared for and cannot thank them enough for getting me back on my feet when I needed it the most!

I got sore throat and had strep throat test at this place two days ago. The doctor told me they will receive the result next morning and will call me to tell me the result. I waited for two and half days, without receiving any phone call. So I called the office and was told they only call me if the result is positive. During the two and half days, I always worried about if I got the strep throat and if I do not take antibiotics on time, I might get more serious health problem. Does it take a lot of effort to tell patient the result, even if it is negative? Is It a common sense for them to communicate with patients after the exam. Now I understand why the overall review is not good for this urgent care.
