I recently have had a serious heart problem that prevented me from be able to attend my contact appt, so I was unable to fill my contact prescription. When they found out my glasses had also broken, but my insurance wouldn't pay for another pair for 6 months, they put through a special circumstances or whatever with them, & had a new pair made, all without me having to come down or fight with my insurance myself. I got a call out of nowhere telling me my new frames were ready (they had just duplicated my old ones, for nothing)... It was just above and beyond, very kind of her to do so. Its been such a struggle being so young dealing with this, but then someone does something like this, and it just touches your (honestly messed up lol but that's OK) heart.

I must tell you, my experience with Dienna was extraordinarily fantastic!!! I e mover worn glasses or contacts in my life!!! I was a novice about the whole process and Dienna helped me so much!! She answered all of my questions and went out of her way to make this experience such a positive one!!! I can’t recommend Elliott’s optical shop in Milford Ma enough!!!
