The doctors are great, the receptionist in the blood collection area is also great, but the other receptionists are terrible. Poorly educated, impatient, they don't know how to give the necessary information! Except for a Hispanic woman who answered me very well on the phone. Unfortunately, I had no luck with any of the Brazilians!
