Dr. Smith was on time and efficient. He is very honest and upfront and spent quality time with my issues. The office personal was very very friendly also. That makes a world of difference when you just don’t feel the best. I highly recommend him.

Absolutely terrible and odd experience. New patient there seeing Dr. Bogdan. I went with my significant other, who went in the examine room with me. From the very beginning it was odd. He talked directly to her, which I found incredibly strange, I was the patient there not her. At one point without, asking if it was okay with me, he was going to have my significant other look in my nose and ears and do the exam with him. Incredibly uncomfortable and never asked if it was okay with me, the patient. The very few times he did actually speak directly to me, it was only to talk over me and make sure he wasn't listening to anything I was saying. Literally spoke over me any time I tried to explain what my issue was. It only took about 5 minutes to realize it was a waste of time. He had 0 interest in listening to me. It seems this place is more about quantity over quality. Just pump as many people through the door as they can. The worst experience I've ever had in a professional medical setting.
