I called on August 17th and need to speak to the nurse practitioner that I saw Earlier in the day about an important question about the medication that was prescribed the girl who answered the phone said I will have her call you or I will get back to you about your issue she never called no one ever called. I called again Monday 8/29, I said I need to speak to a nurse practitioner or a doctor about a medication question that I got prescribed there and the girl said she Would make sure Someone calls me that again no one ever called back.. Very poor customer service. ☹️

Very pleased from check in to discharge. Everyone was professional, pleasant, and courteous. Dr. Fitzgerald is very thorough, knowledgeable and kind. I highly recommended recommend this urgent care. Thank you all.

Front desk was making jokes about patient anxiety around their urgent situation. Were not professional. The NP was in a rush for no reason . We were the only patients there. NP was annoyed when we asked for clarity and seemed to be bothered by our questions. Zero beside manner. I get that the healthcare industry is tough, but so is going in for an urgent visit. Needs to prioritize professionalism.

Walk In clinic that doesn't care about patients!! We won't except your insurance without a referral!! You'll have to pay the entire amount or go somewhere else!! Don't go here!! Better off at the emergency room then these hacks!!!
