No Dogs Allowed Not Even on a Leash! I found that frustrating personally but to each their own!
You can make it as long or as short as you wanna go. Many trails and some intersect.

Across from main entrance is also theirs. Plenty of room there and then just walk across the street.

The nature center has only a few live animals, like turtles and fish. The trails have the types of animals that live in central Illinois, like deer, birds, or turtles. And bugs.
