Worst experience I have had with FedEx to-date. I needed a to pickup an urgent package and guess what?...this location just decided to close for the day because they were understaffed. Keep in mind it is July 2022...after the pandemic..if I was the owner of this location I would open the store up myself and provide people the customer service they were expecting when choosing FedEx, especially when someone paid a good amount to have a package over-nighted for next day pickup.

Summer moves slow, and wasn’t truthful about the Return Bar process. Advising the system was down simply because she didn’t know how to do it. Offering to call people back, and advising to check emails. This is not a secure process as it was designed, with all of thefts I’m not going to risk her word. There’s nothing wrong with being transparent if you are unfamiliar with a process. Or maybe she should work a different station.

I had an oversized project at a do-it-yourself copy machine. I would not have been able to manage this job on my own. Phylecia was kind, patient, and generous with her time to assist me. She also recommended rubber bands before placing in the cylinder so it would be easy to take out (I hadn’t thought about the unraveling of paper inside the cylinder). I had a fabulous experience and the best ever at any FedEx office. Five stars!
