After reading Nicks reply I reached out and asked him to send me the emails and the design he said they had made, which he did right away. Because of his sincere reply and honesty I have changed my review from 2 to 4 stars. I do not know why these emails are not in my inbox, all other communications are still there, but things happen. I have to say I feel my wife would have liked the design and likely went with it, also all the questions we had were answered. As I said we appreciated the effort to accommodate us in the timeline available, I do not feel it was a mistake to use your Junior designer. If we have another project in the future we would consider visiting Nick and his company again. I am leaving my original post below for clarity. Have to say I was impressed at the start but that changed to disappointment in the end. At the beginning of the year, we inquired about their kitchen design service. I received a reply from Nick that day with the options, we responded that we wanted to come into their design center, what we had for appliances and what we were looking for. When I did not hear back, I made numerous calls that were never answered (no way to leave a message). I sent a follow up email 2 weeks later and Nick replied that day with an apology, he had missed our email, ok it happens. He informed us appointments were 2 weeks out at that time, unfortunately we were coming into Nashville the following week but would stop by anyways to look around and set up one in the future. Nick then informed us he would have someone available for us when we came into town. When we arrived, our designer was having trouble setting up the system. We were informed, they were new and this would be their first solo session, not a problem. We were not pressed for time, they needed to kick the training wheels off so to speak and we were happy to have an appointment, so a win for everyone. They also had problems with the software again not a problem or their fault, if you have ever used Ikeas program you would totally understand. With all the problems we went over our allotted time, there were several questions that they could not answer. The designer verified our contact information, assured us they would follow up with our questions and we left. Days turned to weeks, to months, I'm not going to force a company to take my money, we would have spent over 16k just in cabinets and hardware alone. I believe we were very open minded with everything that happened. If you look at my other posts, I am big on customer service, in the end, we went elsewhere, spent more but did not have to worry about service or headaches. Pictures on Google are misleading, the new store (only one picture dated Nov 2020) is nothing like their old showroom (numerous pictures of the old design center) and not sure if the kitchens are ones they installed. New location has very little on display (one small room) so do not expect much. Don't know why they changed locations, but great customer service would make up for a small showroom.

They are great to help you design kitchens, bathrooms, etc using IKEA products.
